All airline arrangements for you and your guest will be handled by FCM via the registration website based on the information provided. Any travel arrangements made individually will not be reimbursed by Infoblox. Within five business days of submitting your registration form, you will receive a copy of your proposed itinerary via email (please keep in mind time zone differences, weekends, and U.S. holidays). Upon receiving your air itinerary you will have 24 hours to approve and accept it. Once you have approved the itinerary, your flight will be booked accordingly and you will receive a final confirmation.

Infoblox will pay for round-trip coach-class airfare for you and one guest. Itineraries offered will be for the best flight schedule for your travel dates, as well as the most economical fare. Should your flight itinerary require a forced overnight stay on the night of November 4, a hotel room will be arranged and paid for by Infoblox for you and your guest. Preferred airlines, premium seating, and specific itinerary requests cannot be guaranteed. If you prefer to fly on another carrier and the cost exceeds what has been offered to you, arrangements can be made for you to pay the difference.

Baggage Allowance

Many airlines have reduced the maximum weight allowed for checked luggage and are charging a fee for the first checked bag as well as additional bags. Please check with your airline for information about baggage allowances and fees. Fees for checking first and second bags (if within normal weight limits) can be expensed to Infoblox upon your return. Fees incurred for overweight luggage will be at your own expense.

Changes and Cancellations

All airline change and cancellation fees will be at the traveler’s expense and may not be expensed back to Infoblox. If you need to make any changes to your airline reservation, we can be reached at 1-888-789-6639 or InfobloxEventTravel@us.fcm.travel, Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM to 2 PM, Pacific with extended hours during travel.

Extended Travel

If you wish to arrive early, stay late, or visit another destination pre/post President’s Club, please indicate your preferred travel dates and itinerary on the Hotel and Air sections of the registration form. After receiving your request, a member of the President’s Club Registration Team will contact you to assist with those plans.

Pre- and post-extending at the Fairmont Mayakoba will be based on hotel availability. Our group rate is $409 USD ++ per night and is offered 3 nights pre and post program if you would like to extend your trip. The Registration Team will assist in booking and confirming your pre and post extension nights at the hotel based on the information provided within your registration.

Upgrades

Flights booked for this program are non-upgradable coach class air tickets; however, for your convenience and comfort, the option to upgrade at your own expense is available, if you choose.

You will be responsible for the difference between the booked non-upgradable coach-class fare and the upgradeable fare per traveler. You will be responsible for your own mileage upgrades.

Airline Mileage Credits

Be sure to provide your airline frequent flyer number(s) on your registration form. Our air agents will be happy to include your frequent-flyer number in the record. As always, confirm that your frequent flyer number is in the system when checking in for your flight.

We will offer flight options that we consider the best flight schedule for your selected travel dates, as well as the most economical fare. If you prefer to fly on another carrier and the cost exceeds what has been offered to you, arrangements can be made for you to pay the difference.

A valid passport is required for entry into Mexico for international travelers. Your passport expiration date MUST be valid for six (6) months past the return date and have two (2) fully blank pages in your passport. If your passport expiration date is not valid for six (6) months past your return date you will be denied entry into Mexico. The name on your passport MUST match your airline tickets.

A visa may be required for your travel. Please contact your local embassy or consulate for the most updated information. Be sure to check not only your destination but also your connecting cities/countries for transit visa requirements.

All travelers should be up to date on routine vaccinations while traveling to any destination and consult their physician before departure.

Additional charges not covered by Infoblox President’s Club

• Airline upgrades or premium seat assignments
• Additional airfare if preferred carrier’s fare is higher than proposed itinerary
• Fees to change or reissue airline tickets
• Excess baggage fees
• Costs associated with optional pre or post extensions (accommodations, meals, transportation, etc.)

Upon arriving at Cancun International Airport, you will be directed to immigration prior to heading to baggage claim. Please ensure you do not opt for the self-service line. To fulfill the requirements for this incentive trip, you must go through the line with the immigration officer to receive the appropriate stamp in your passport. Once you have your stamp, proceed to baggage claim. Upon securing your bags, please look for the transportation team. Our transportation team (Tropical Incentives) will be right before the parking lot outside of the airport. Simply walk past the taxi services and look for our Infoblox signage.

Transportation outside of main arrival and departure days will be on your own and not covered by Infoblox.
